Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of the nurse supervisor or charge nurse, and the Director of Nursing Services.
Essential duties include accurately and safely preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as reporting any errors or reactions promptly.
The position requires maintaining a friendly, productive working relationship with other members of the nursing department and participating in quality assurance programs to improve the medication process.
