Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for assisting our clients in the use of our Cloud products and will be the preferred contact for our major accounts.
  • You will continuously train on OVHcloud technologies, Virtualization, Network, Linux, Windows, Disaster Recovery, and Hyper converged.
  • You will explore various solutions for resolving customer issues and ensure follow-up with clients for the implementation of solutions.

  • First experience in technical and cloud customer support
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Service Now, ZenDesk, JIRA)
  • B1 level English proficiency
  • Experience in Linux/Windows server administration and support
  • Knowledge of OVHcloud services, VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi
  • Strong skills in virtual networking and troubleshooting
