  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting any changes in resident condition immediately.
  • The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while ensuring a calm and positive environment throughout the night shift.

Key Requirements
