The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting any changes in resident condition immediately.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while ensuring a calm and positive environment throughout the night shift.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents
Follow infection control and blood exposure policies

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Ability to work effectively on night shifts
Strong communication skills with nursing supervisors
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license
