Job Summary

• The Peterborough Health & Safety Team is responsible for driving and delivering the site’s Health & Safety strategy, ensuring full compliance with ISO 45001 and supporting our ISO 14001 environmental certification.
• As an individual contributor, the Health & Safety Senior Associate will lead and support projects that promote regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• NEBOSH level 3 General Certificate or equivalent
• NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in large-scale manufacturing
• Demonstrable experience in Fire Risk Management
• Knowledge of Noise Management
• Lead Auditor training to ISO 45001
