Job Summary

  • As part of the Trading Operations and Logistics department, the Trading Operations Technical and Services (OTS) division is looking for a motivated Shipping Documents Specialist to join its global team.
  • You will ensure that every original shipping document — especially Bills of Lading — is compliant, accurate, traceable, and delivered on time to our counterparties and banking partners.
  • You will evolve in a dynamic and multicultural trading ecosystem, interacting daily with internal and external stakeholders.
