Job Summary

  • Spaulding Adaptive Sports Centers provides children and adults of all levels of ability the opportunity to live active, healthy lives through participation in a variety of adaptive sports and recreational activities.
  • The Lead Associate serves as a mentor and role model for staff, students, and interns, and is expected to assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and evaluation.
  • In addition to program delivery, Associates may work with volunteers, contribute to program development, marketing, outreach, and community education initiatives.

Key Requirements
