Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
  • 1 year manufacturing/product/process development experience
  • Master's degree in engineering or science
  • 3 years manufacturing/product/process development experience
  • Technical experience in polymer making, extrusion, coating, lamination, or slitting
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
