Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Ensure residents' rooms are prepared for receiving, assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges, and maintain a warm, personal, and positive atmosphere.
Measure and record vital signs, assist with personal care needs, monitor food/fluid intake, and report changes in resident condition or any accidents/incidents promptly.
