  • Provide technical support services and investigate issues with VMware by Broadcom products such as vSphere, vSAN, Aria Suite, and more, assisting Level 1 engineers.
  • Undertake to develop and maintain technical skills in selected products and achieve accreditation, while also assisting Level 1 engineers with technical guidance.
  • Embrace the team’s culture of knowledge sharing by documenting and linking all technical learnings to existing solutions and creating new knowledge-based articles.
