You will translate noisy operational data into clear actionable narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
The position requires 2/3 days in the office at the BMO Financial Group location on Gordon Baker Road.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace
Deep understanding of metrics logs traces events
Experience with AWS Azure or GCP cloud platforms
Proven ability to use analytics for complex systems
Knowledge of microservices containers and Kubernetes
Nice-to-have
Curious mindset by default enjoying deep digging
Experience applying data science to operational data
SRE background or strong production engineering experience
Exposure to OpenTelemetry and standards-based instrumentation
Habit of writing teaching or presenting technical ideas
Key Requirements
Must have strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar tool
Deep understanding of SLI/SLO design and alerting strategies
