The candidate will work with both the pan-APAC investment management teams as well as the Europe-based teams on a number of diverse tasks across various real estate asset classes.
Responsibilities include providing analytical support on origination, underwriting, financial analysis, lease negotiations, performance reporting, valuations, and overseeing capital improvement projects.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in real estate
Bilingual in Japanese and English
