Job Summary

• The Senior Director, Operations Strategy and Business Process Excellence is a senior enterprise leadership role combining three core mandates: Enterprise Business Process Ownership (BPO) leadership, M&A integration leadership and Chief of Staff partnership to the Chief Operations Officer.
• The role provides enterprise leadership for business process excellence, overseeing a small team of Enterprise Business Process Owners accountable for critical end-to-end processes.
• The Senior Director also serves as the operations integration lead for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, owning integration planning and execution, integration governance, operating model alignment, and value capture in close partnership with business and functional leaders.
