Must-have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in semiconductor engineering
Hands-on experience with Cu BEOL interconnects
Experience with W2W or D2WHB bonding processes
Knowledge of 3D ICs and integration schemes
Ability to work in ISO Class 5 cleanroom environment
Nice-to-have
Mentoring junior engineers and students
Experience in startup or R&D environments
Strong data analytical skills using JMP or Python
Familiarity with advanced technology nodes
Experience with test vehicle design and layout
Key Requirements
5 years relevant experience for Integration Engineer title
3 years experience for Senior Integration Engineer title
Master's or Doctoral degree preferred for Senior role
Extensive familiarity with inline metrology and failure analysis
