Key Requirements

  • Masters in Science, Nursing or specialty field
  • Graduate of Advanced Practitioner Program
  • Current Ohio RN and Nurse Practitioner license
  • Certified Advance Practice Nurse in specialty
  • BLS provider certification
  • DEA license
