  • Teaching and training duties shall be performed under the direct supervision of the EMS Program Director.
  • Faculty must be able to perform instructional tasks including teaching academic courses, developing curriculum, and supervising students in clinical settings.

Key Requirements

  • Associate degree minimum
  • Three years' work experience in emergency medicine/prehospital care
  • Arkansas EMT Instructor license within 6 months
  • BLS, ACLS, PHTLS Instructor Certification
  • Current undisciplined license to practice EMS in Arkansas
  • National Registry certification or eligible
  • Minimum of one year clinical experience as a paramedic
