Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HL7 v2.x, v3.x and FHIR standards
Healthcare data interoperability
Network protocols TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SOAP, REST
SQL and DSL language understanding
Programming languages Python and Java
Nice-to-have
Innovation in digital health
Teamwork and collaboration
Experience with SNOMED-CT and LOINC terminologies
Public health informatics experience
English spoken and written
Key Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics or equivalent
Experience with HL7 2.x, 3.x, FHIR and IHE frameworks
Knowledge of X12 HIPAA transactions and code sets
HL7 and FHIR certifications (desirable)
Experience in public health or healthcare informatics
