Salary
Base: $151,800 - $265,350 annually (US); California: $183,300 - $265,350; Short-term incentives via Annual Incentive Plan; Equity awards may be eligible
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years AI/ML engineering experience
Proficiency with LLM frameworks and RAG pipelines
Experience building production conversational agents
Strong Python programming and containerization skills
Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS/GCP/Azure
Nice-to-have
Experience with multi-agent orchestration systems
Familiarity with observability tools like Arize or LangSmith
Background in conversational design and dialogue management
Experience with synthetic data generation workflows
Key Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or backend development
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong proficiency with OpenAI APIs and vector databases
