Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient safety and privacy.
This role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and reporting any changes in condition or incidents to the Nurse Supervisor.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Record vital signs and intake/output data
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Experience with restorative procedures
Ability to work night shift 11pm-7am
Strong communication skills with nursing team
Key Requirements
