Job Summary

  • To handle the Compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and other Corporate Laws.
  • Support in conducting Board meetings, Boards Committee Meetings & Annual/ Extra-ordinary General Meetings.
  • Handling of communication with various regulatory authorities, shareholders and other stakeholders.
