Job Summary
The inside service sales is responsible for the growth of service business especially on service contracts and parts.
Independently drive and aim 85% renewal rate for service contract renewal by communicating with dealer and customer in timely manner.
This position reports to the service sales manager and is part of the equipment service located in Cytiva Shinjuku office and will be an on-site role.
