You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in developing policies, and ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
The role involves administrative duties, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, equipment management, and participation in care plan and assessment functions.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in state
CPR certification

2+ years long-term care nursing experience
