6-10 years experience in facility management
Data center operations experience

Knowledge of environmental regulations and building codes
Operational experience with BACS (SCADA, Lighting, HVAC, security)
Financial acumen managing budgets
Available 24/7 as needed
Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Supervisor ability to oversee quality of work
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
