Deliver best-in-class account management to ensure clients achieve their goals, retaining and growing their business by identifying and implementing ICUC products and services.
Work closely with revenue and operations teams, and your director, to grow and retain accounts, requiring strong project management and budgeting skills in a fast-paced environment.
Advise clients on social media strategy by working with ICUC’s Strategy and Insights teams, contributing to new business pitches and shaping ICUC’s strategic offering.
