Salary

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Minimum 3 shipped titles from inception to completion
  • 4+ years in management role within game development
  • Direct experience as Lead Designer on AAA action game
  • Hands-on experience with character combat and level design
  • Extensive experience defining core game loops and progression

Nice-to-have

  • Strong desire to apply metrics and data analysis
  • Experience with ongoing live support projects
  • Scripting/coding knowledge sufficient for design processes
  • Positive attitude and collaborative problem solving approach

Key Requirements
