Key Requirements

  • 12+ years PMO or project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or related field—or equivalent experience
  • Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated process improvement experience
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Proven experience coordinating team workflow
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
