Oversee and manage all operations related to the Syncrolift and transfer systems, ensuring the safe and effective execution of dry docking and undocking evolutions.
Develop, prepare, and submit Dry Docking/Undocking Plans and Safety Procedures for approval prior to dry docking or undocking activities.
Manage, train, and oversee a team of personnel responsible for assisting in Syncrolift operations, ensuring team members follow established protocols.
