Job Summary
As a HR Advisor (Policy & Benefit), you will be responsible HR policy and benefit support, including processing HR transactional activities and administer local benefit plan.
This includes working on various projects designed to support Shell Thailand, such as administering medical benefit schemes, managing health checkup programs, and coordinating for Employee Assistance Programs.
The role requires excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, along with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
