Job Summary

  • This role leads enterprise-wide patient access operations supporting timely care access, strong revenue cycle performance, and a positive patient experience.
  • The Director will oversee admission, registration, pre-registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, and financial clearance functions across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.
  • Candidates must manage a $10M budget while partnering with clinical operations, IT, Finance, and Care Coordination to improve access, throughput, and compliance.
