Salary
Base: $170,000 - $170,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Accelerators up to 30%, new hire stock equity (RSUs), employee stock purchase plan; Benefits: Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with employer match, mental health counseling, backup child and elder care, health, dental, and vision benefits offerings, parental leave, fertility & wellbeing support
