** Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Professional Education and Development Associate in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to enhance the understanding and use of their vision care products among healthcare professionals. The role involves delivering educational programs, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting the Vision Care business's strategic goals. **

Job Summary

  • The purpose of the Professional Education & Development (PED) Associate role is to deliver the annual Strategic Plan for PED activities in the country/market, ensure JJV products are used correctly by eye care practitioners (ECPs) and health care professionals (HCPs), and elevate the scientific evidence that supports the superior performance of JJV products.
  • You will be responsible for managing relationships with external customers, KOLs and key field stakeholders, understanding technical, clinical and performance attributes of JJV products, and understanding the need for new educational programs and activities through customers unmet needs and attitudes.
  • Develop & execute concepts of technical & theoretical education of professionals that sell/recommend JJV products to ensure correct usage for long term business/market development, lead surround sound and share-of-voice initiatives at major conferences, and run educational projects, conferences, programs, local trainings, and courses in accordance with JJ Company compliance policies and procedures.
