Job Summary

  • You will lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes, assembly lines, and tooling solutions that transform complex technical challenges into safe, efficient, and robust production systems.
  • As a key member of the Operations Extended Team, the Principal AME will focus on new process development, manufacturing innovation, and complex assembly solutions to enable successful product launches and sustainable production performance.

Key Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience OR PhD with 3 years relevant experience
  • Strong experience with medium to high volume assembly and test equipment technologies
  • Exceptional Project Management and Team Leadership skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge in DFM & DFA principles, DFMEA and PFMEA, GD&T
  • Strong familiarity with statistical analyses
