Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another technical field
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a quality engineering role
Proven track record using structured problem-solving methodologies
Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Effectively operate in cross-functional teams
Ability to communicate with multiple cultures/regions
Proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement
Strong communication skills
ASQ Certified CQE
Certified in structured problem-solving methodologies
Minitab or equivalent statistical analysis software experience
