  • You will be responsible for driving the execution of quality goals and objectives by proactively driving actions to meet internal and external customer expectations for quality.
  • Using sound audit techniques and statistical tools, you will identify high-leverage continuous improvement projects to elevate the organization’s quality delivery to our customers.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another technical field
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a quality engineering role
  • Proven track record using structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Effectively operate in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate with multiple cultures/regions
  • Proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement
  • Strong communication skills
  • ASQ Certified CQE
  • Certified in structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Minitab or equivalent statistical analysis software experience
  • Previous experience as internal auditor
