• As Assistant Manager, you support the Shop Manager in all business areas and as delegated by their Retailer, picking up Manager duties as required to support a strong customer experience, staff experience, shop operational excellence, and exceeding sales goals.
• Responsibilities include driving sales, educating customers on brand values, increasing product knowledge, leading and developing the team, and ensuring operational excellence through adherence to policies, stock management, and visual merchandising standards.
