Job Summary

  • The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for ensuring effective HR management across the organization, including leading the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and practices, while ensuring full compliance with employment laws and regulations in Québec.
  • This role primarily supports our Laval-based laboratory in Canada (approx. 250 employees), while also collaborating with global clients and playing a key HR role supporting our BSL3 (CL3) laboratory.
  • The position requires leading or supporting the implementation of local and global HR programs such as annual compensation, performance cycles, leadership development, and talent/succession planning.
