  • Lead the team by actively preparing meals daily for 32 residents while overseeing administrative details including ordering and scheduling staff.
  • Oversee all aspects of the dietary department, including meal planning, food preparation, and service delivery, ensuring meals are safe, nutritious, and tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs.
  • Manage department budget, control costs, order food and supplies, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate dietary staff, and ensure ongoing compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
