Job Summary
The Aspire program specializes in helping individuals on the autism spectrum develop positive self-awareness, stress management, and social competency skills.
This six-week summer program offers participants ages 16-22 opportunities to practice skills for transitioning to work and college environments through weekly activities and field trips.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in mental health field
Experience working with neurodivergent children or adolescents
Current First Aid/CPR certification
Ability to supervise groups at volunteer work sites
Knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality regulations
Nice-to-have
Desire to work in a collaborative team environment
Openness to receiving feedback on interactional skills
Ability to solve problems collaboratively with staff
Calm demeanor when working independently
Neurodivergent candidate status encouraged
Key Requirements
Master's Degree in psychology, social work, OT, SLP, or mental health field
Prior experience with neurodivergent children/adolescents
Current First Aid/CPR certification
Enrolled in or graduate of relevant graduate program
