Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and are responsible for assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
Staff are required to report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse or misappropriation of property to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
