Must-have
SI/PI simulations and analysis
Electromagnetic analysis for interconnects
Frequency-domain and time-domain analysis
High-speed interface layout optimization
Define design guidelines
Lab measurements with oscilloscopes, VNAs, TDR
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with IEEE 802.3 and OIF standards
Experience with NRZ and PAM4 SerDes
Understanding of digital and analog equalization
Scripting for automation
Key Requirements
Masters/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering
Previous experience with electromagnetic modelling
Strong understanding of SI/PI fundamentals
Proficiency with EDA Tools
Experience with high-speed IC package and PCB design
