They are responsible for initiatives and programs to curate an engaging workplace and employee experience, with a key focus on fostering business & employee engagement and wellbeing.
The role involves proactive premises inspections, managing general enquiries, monitoring customer feedback, supporting ABW/FWN, and hosting employee engagement events.
