  • Employees must operate dishwashing machines, monitor chlorine concentrations and water temperatures, and perform general cleaning duties like sweeping and mopping.
  • This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and work cooperatively with personnel in all departments under the supervision of the Cook or Dietary Supervisor.
