Employees must operate dishwashing machines, monitor chlorine concentrations and water temperatures, and perform general cleaning duties like sweeping and mopping.
This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and work cooperatively with personnel in all departments under the supervision of the Cook or Dietary Supervisor.
