Job Summary

  • You’ll own the test strategy and framework for complex, multi team initiatives, champion shift left practices, and ensure every release is reliable, observable, and compliant with the Aviva Change Framework quality gates.
  • Design, own and evolve a scalable test framework across all layers, define standards and practices, and embed SAFe Built-In Quality principles aligned with Aviva Change Framework.

  • Solid understanding of databases, APIs, web services
  • Automation-first approach to testing

  • Leading QE for transformational change
  • Performance engineering (JMeter/Locust)
  • Security testing exposure
  • Observability/telemetry familiarity
  • Contract testing (Pact or similar)

Key Requirements

  • Experience leading QE for transformational change initiatives in regulated environments
