Job Summary

  • Perform on-site servicing for Access System and CCTV/VMS to maintain security uptime and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot Controllers, readers, locks, cameras, NVR, storage and networks.
  • Close service tickets/reports within SLA upon completion of servicing.
