Job Summary

  • As a CSR, you are often the only person our candidates and members speak with, meaning every interaction is an opportunity to create clarity, build trust, and deliver an exceptional experience.
  • This is a hybrid, evening-hours position with flexible scheduling options including Sunday–Thursday from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. or Monday–Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
