Job Summary

  • Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus.
  • Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE, explaining technical information and representing GE at customer sites for meetings and system troubleshooting.
  • Requires basic experience in Services & Customer Support Engineering with a good understanding of System IT architecture, LAN WAN interfaces, Cyber security, SCADA system and interfaces.

Key Requirements

  • Engineering Graduate B.E./B.Tech IT, ECE, CS
  • Basic experience in Services & Customer Support Engineering
  • Good understanding of System IT architecture

  • Good understanding of Cyber security
  • Good understanding of SCADA system and interfaces
