Colibrium Additive is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical support for their 3D printing solutions across the Americas. The role entails extensive travel, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and customer training, all while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Job Summary
Responsible for developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives, ensuring Customer Satisfaction, and maintaining all equipment models specific to a modality or modalities in the Americas Region.
The Field Service Engineer will work on a team or individually, to install, perform preventive maintenance, repairs and deliver trainings on Colibrium additive manufacturing machines.
