Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the processing of all parts orders for customers, Field Sales Consultants, and Equipment Service Technicians.
Key responsibilities include processing in-transit requests for parts stocked in warehouses or placing drop ship orders from vendors for non-stocked items.
The role requires the ability to multitask, handle a high call volume, and follow up on open RMA's and return authorizations through vendors.
