Key Requirements

  • Valid California State issued Phlebotomy License
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years phlebotomy experience in clinical/hospital
  • 2+ years assisting all patient groups
  • 3+ years supervisory or team leader experience
  • Able to pass standardized color blindness test
  • At least 21 years old
