The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is seeking a Safety Organized Practice (SOP) Coach to deliver training and coaching for social services specialists involved with child welfare. Job Summary

  • The SOP Coach is responsible for the training delivery of Safety Organized Practice, Structured Decision Making, or other contracted training initiatives for identified DCFS families staff and stakeholders.
  • This position will provide coaching to all newly hired Social Services Specialists assigned to an Investigations or Differential Response Unit.
  • This is a full-time annually renewed grant-funded position requiring extensive travel throughout the state.
