Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-5 years as Estimator or Cost Manager
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Strong knowledge of architectural drawings
Ability to prepare conceptual cost estimates
Experience with value engineering services
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Cost-X or On-Screen Takeoff software
Professional certification like AACE or RICS
Expert understanding of MEP building systems
Familiarity with procurement and tendering processes
Intermediate to Expert level in Excel and Smartsheet
Key Requirements
2-5 years experience in estimating or cost management
Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
