Job Summary
Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral, and develop effective treatment plans approved by the referring physician.
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and assist nursing department with training of Restorative Aides while participating in patient care conferences and utilization review meetings.
Record evaluations and treatment notes according to Occupational Therapy Board State Practice Act and facilitate discharge planning including caregiver training and durable medical equipment recommendations.

Key Requirements
Licensed Occupational Therapist in state
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or higher
